1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of UBOS24 — the unified marketplace and Operations & Relationship Platform (ORP). By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
UBOS24 provides business software for catalog, inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting integrations, POS, and marketplace operations. Features depend on your subscription, company configuration, and enabled modules. We may update, add, or retire features as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Company administrators manage member access inside a workspace. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse UBOS24, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the platform for fraud or sanctions violations. We may suspend or restrict access when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law are breached.
5. Marketplace and seller operations
Marketplace listings, orders, and payments may be subject to additional policies shown at checkout or in seller tools. Sellers remain responsible for their products, prices, taxes, consumer information, and fulfilment obligations toward buyers.
6. Intellectual property
UBOS24 software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your business data uploaded to the platform. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of UBOS24. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected where they apply.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
9. Applicable regions
UBOS24 is used across multiple jurisdictions. Depending on your location — including Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain, Kazakhstan, Russia, or the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) — additional mandatory rules may apply to you as a consumer or business user. Where local law grants you non-waivable rights, those rights prevail over conflicting clauses in these terms.
